UWorld Announces Three Winners of its Chartered Financial Analyst Career Advancement Scholarship

Three students will each receive more than $1,400 worth of tools to help them reach their target score on the CFA® Level I exam, part of UWorld’s commitment of $2M in scholarships in 2021

DALLAS (November 17, 2021)UWorld, a worldwide leader in online learning to prepare for high-stakes exams, today announced the three winners of its Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Career Advancement Scholarship. The winning CFA students will each receive more than $1,400 worth of tools and financial aid to help them reach their target score on the CFA Level I exam and accelerate their career in finance. The UWorld CFA Career Advancement Scholarship adds to more than $2 million in scholarships that UWorld has provided to students to help them advance in their careers in finance, accounting, medicine, and undergraduate education.

The CFA exams are regarded among the most difficult in the field of finance. Students who pass all three levels of the exam, along with specific work experience, earn the postgraduate professional certification they need in becoming a CFA, a globally recognized professional designation that measures and certifies the competence and integrity of financial analysts.

The three winners were selected based on merit, extracurriculars, and financial need. “We are honored to help these deserving CFA students move forward  in their careers,” said Chandra S. Pemmasani, M.D., UWorld’s founder and CEO. “I’m confident they will succeed on the exam and go on to make outstanding contributions to the field.”

The winners of UWorld’s CFA Career Advancement Scholarship are the following:
